
Jerrold P. Beeler, AIA
Principal
Principal
Jerry is a co-founder of BGO Architects. He
attended Texas Tech University and is licensed to
practice architecture and interior design in the
State of Texas.
A Dallas native, Jerry has designed commercial
and residential structures throughout North
America as well as in Europe. Prior to establishing
his own firm, he worked for several preeminent
Texas architects.
As BGO's chief designer, Jerry oversees the design
effort for the award-winning organization. His
talent has brought the firm distinction for its office,
hotel and housing designs, as well as renovation
projects.

John L. Guest, AIA, NCARB
Principal
Principal
John is a co-founder of BGO Architects. He
attended Texas Tech University, is licensed to
practice architecture in thirty states and is a
NCARB certificate holder.
As a principal in Beeler Guest Owens Architects,
L.P., John has helped the firm design more than
620,000 dwelling units over the past 33 years.
He has presented seminars for NAHB, the Multi-
Housing World Conference, The Crittenden
Organization, the Urban Land Institute, and the
AIA Housing Committee. He has successfully
represented his firm's Clients in hundreds of
zoning cases throughout the United States.

John N. (Buz) Owens, NCARB
Principal
Principal
A graduate of Texas Tech University in 1973, Buz is
licensed to practice architecture in the States of
Texas, Florida, and California. He is also a NCARB
certificate holder.
Buz joined BGO in 1973 and plays a vital role in
the synergetic team of Principals. Buz works
closely with all Clients to assure a high level of
quality in the contract documents and throughout
the construction of each project. He works in
concert with each Client during the construction
administration phase.
Buz also oversees all CAD operations and takes
responsibility for all software and hardware
development. In addition to these responsibilities,
he manages office operations and personnel
resources.
