2The scope of work included a 35,000 square
foot expansion of an existing parts distribution
center. Load-bearing tilt-up concrete panels
and structural steel columns comprised the
framing system. The roof was a built-up roofing
system on metal deck. Multiple dock high
doors and a grade level ramp were required,
along with the development of a new
employee parking area.
Flowtronex PSI: Dallas, Texas
The scope of work included a 45,000 square
foot expansion of an existing parts distribution
center, and a new 36,000 two-story corporate
office building. The office building included
executive offices, conference rooms, meeting
rooms, and training room/audio/video center,
as well as a controls room, production/quality
control, and a large break room. The
temperature controlled manufacturing &
distribution area included two 440 foot
overhead crane runways with four bridge
cranes and various jib cranes. The long span
pre-engineered metal building project included
a test pit, a paint booth, high speed overhead
doors and 82 skylights, plus the development of
a new customer and employee parking area.
Standard Hardware: Euless, Texas
This project combines an 11,700 s.f. Corporate
Headquarters with a 40,800 s.f. national
distribution center for the company's assorted
lines of hardware. A cost effective pre-
engineered metal building system was selected
to provide large clear spans for the warehouse,
then non-load bearing tilt-up concrete panels
were provided for durability and ease of
maintenance.
A stucco faced colonnade and generous
storefront glass provides a straightforward and
clean look for the corporate headquarters.
Yageo America: Addison, Texas
A high ceiling, sky lit warehouse is transformed
into a pleasant work environment for a high-
tech company. Private offices are located on
the perimeter while support areas are clustered
into a central core.
Glazed window walls at the perimeter offices
along with skylights transmit natural light into the
open area. High-bay industrial light fixtures
provide ample illumination on work surfaces.
A floating canopy over the reception desk
creates a dramatic arrival space for visitors. The
built-in shelving displays product samples and
literature.

JC Professional: Frisco, Texas
The orientation of Phase I and Phase II buildings
maximize the views to a lake feature. Easy
access from the major thoroughfare and
convenient parking creates a welcoming
destination for tenants and visitors.
Building facade features a limestone base and
vertical wing wall. Large expanses of glass
maximize views and natural light for tenant
spaces. Extra tall ceiling height at the third floor
creates a loft-like environment.
Occidental Tower: Dallas, Texas
A complete renovation of the entry atrium
elevator lobbies includes custom carpeting that
mimics the granite floor patterning. The field
carpet is a custom weave designed to simulate
the stone texture.
The sign plaque is a custom modular design.
The components include a header, a body,
and a footer that can be combined in a variety
of configurations to meet different signage
requirements.
A formerly barren and sterile entry atrium has
been transformed with the addition of a custom
area rug that reflects the granite floor patterning
and with the addition of comfortable
contemporary seating.
A custom-designed concierge/security desk
incorporates building granite and mahogany
veneer. A backlit directory and an electronic
message board provide information to tenants
and visitors.
1505 Old Main Place: Grapevine, Texas
This three building professional office project on
Main Street in Grapevine, Texas was conceived
and co-developed by the architect. It
preserved the last remaining section of the
original Main Street of Grapevine, hence the
name.
Borrowing heavily from the beautiful brick
detailing of historic structures in the downtown
area, it was intended to convey a historic flavor
to a new area beyond the original township.
Parkwood: Frisco, Texas
The tenant entry feature has multi-toned brick
and limestone cladding. The entrance doors
are recessed to provide shade and weather
protection.
A campus-style master plan provides
convenient access and parking. A water
feature in the southwest corner detains runoff
while providing an amenity for the tenants.
Town Center Place: Flower Mound, Texas
This three story professional office building
features a two-story atrium. A composite steel
and concrete structural system provides
support.
Exterior finishes include banded brick and glass,
with a standing seam metal roof over the
atrium. A three-story glass curtain wall
terminates in a semicircular brick arch.
The lobby is highlighted by cherry finish wood
panels and a black granite waterfall.

American Corvette Museum: Grapevine, Texas
A 135,000 SF facility containing a Corvette
exhibit, executive conference center, IMAX
theater, and theme restaurant.A limestone arch with twin waterfalls creates a dramatic entry to the museum. The five Corvette body styles are etched in the brick on one side while the 1950's rock and roll restaurant anchors the other side.
Dick Clark's: Grapevine, Texas
casual-themed full-service restaurant at
Grapevine Mills Mall. An assortment of original
Rock and Roll memorabilia from Dick Clark's
personal collection covers the walls and fills
display cases throughout the restaurant.The distinctive entry leaves no doubt as to the identity of the 'world's oldest teenager'.

Jackson's: Dallas, Texas
A 10,000 SF pottery shop and landscape
nursery for the largest importer of Italian terra
cotta in the Southwest. The building exterior is
primarily face brick on wood framing.Skylights provide natural light to the interior. The project integrates the main sales building with a glass greenhouse and a metal building warehouse.
Polar Ice Skating Complex: Grapevine, Texas
This complicated project involved partial
demolition and new construction at Grapevine
Mills Mall.The facility includes two NHL size ice rinks, party rooms, a retail store, cafe, and the Gameworks arcade.
A signature entry arch welcomes skaters, while the two-tone stucco facade compliments the mall's stucco exterior.
Rejuvina: Dallas, Texas
A custom-designed sales counter / reception
desk provides a focal point for the day spa's
waiting area. Slatted walls maximize display
area for merchandise.
The hydro-therapy room utilizes a repetitive
pattern of subdued hues to create a relaxing
environment. Hard tiled surfaces allow for easy
clean up.
A variety of skin treatments can be performed in
this space. Ample countertop and cabinet
storage facilitates all procedures.
